Background:
Xeronet technical services was founded in 2016 by a gentleman called Leonard who wanted to share his technical skills with his fellow engineers. He started as an employee at Xerox co-operation in Uganda where he managed to acquire technical skills related to sales, repair and maintenance of printers,photocopiers and computers. He later started an individual effort of training his fellow friends with an aim of forming a team that could offer technical repair and maintenance services related to printer and computer machines. Through his sales skills he acquired at Xer&ox co-operation He started seeking for clients for his teammates under Xeronet technical services as their brand name. He managed to get clients in the name of Xeronet technical services for machines and consumable sales, repair and maintenance of printers from different parts of Uganda and these include; Kangulumira S.S.S in Kayunga district, Kisubi Seminary Companies, G4s security services, Electoral commission at Nakawa, Kampala and Rubaga branches, New vision warehouse, BCS, Muhimbura Co. Advocates, Mukono division municipality, Mukono and Kayunga district. In 2018, team expanded their services to other fields such as network management, trading of computer and printer spare parts. In June 2012, The team for Xeronet Technical Services took an initiative to register the company in the name of Xeronet technical services limited..
